In this episode, I sit down with Tetyana, who grew up in Ukraine and came to the U.S. to study finance in college. Today, she leads a sales team of business development reps across two states — and when the workday ends, she’s writing and self-publishing romantasy novels with thousands of reviews on Amazon and Goodreads.

We talk about her childhood in Ukraine, summers spent on her grandparents’ farm, the challenges of studying in a new country, and how she balances a demanding career with creativity, fitness, life and motherhood.

We cover everything from the lip gloss she keeps in her work bag to the realities of self-publishing and promoting a novel. Along the way, we explore how passion and discipline collide to create success in both her career and creative life.
